OUR TEAM
Khatchig Jingirian, President of Smythe & Cross, has spent a lifetime in the jewelry industry. Having grown up in his family's jewelry import company, he was exposed to the various facets of the industry from a very early age. After receiving his MBA in 1997, Khatchig took an active role in managing his family’s business, while simultaneously indulging another passion: retail. He began working in retail sales for a number of fine jewelry stores, and in 2010, fulfilled his dream of opening a retail jewelry store with the launch of Smythe & Cross. Khatchig also holds an Applied Jewelry Professional diploma from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
With over 30 years of experience in the jewelry industry, Pamela Purcell Smith joined Smythe & Cross at its inception.
